About the role: The Final Inspector will play a critical role in
our quality assurance process by inspecting completed parts and
assemblies to verify that they meet all specifications, tolerances,
and quality standards before shipment. This position requires a
keen eye for detail, strong familiarity with inspection tools, and
a commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities: Perform final
inspections on finished parts, ensuring compliance with blueprints,
specifications, and quality standards Utilize various inspection
tools, such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM (Coordinate
Measuring Machine), to measure dimensions and tolerances Verify
surface finishes, alignments, and material properties as required
by the project Document and report any defects, deviations, or
discrepancies found during inspection Collaborate with production
and quality control teams to resolve issues and maintain high
standards Maintain accurate records of inspections, including
inspection reports and quality documentation Adhere to all company
and industry safety protocols while working in the shop
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or
trade school certification is a plus 2 years of experience in
quality inspection, preferably within a machine shop environment is
preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail and
problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills
and teamwork-oriented mindset Pay: Eligible for Overtime
