the HQ Sales Operations Systems Director and will provide support
in executing key Company initiatives as it relates to Salesforce
and the WW Sales organization. Responsibilities • Analyze complex
business problems to be solved within Salesforce, Clari, and
integrated applications • Identify gaps and provide technical
expertise in business requirements for system functional
specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and
procedures • Translate complex business requirements into
streamlined process design and technical Salesforce implementation
• Assist with implementing process, organization, testing, training
and maintenance strategy • Own and manage run-the-business
Salesforce enhancements, as well as large change-the-business
projects • Represent the interests of Pure business groups (e.g.,
Finance, Renewals, Sales Management, Sales Ops, Legal, etc.) in
supporting their businesses across sales applications (primarily
SFDC along with other integrated applications) • Work with vendors
and internal partners to ensure that design, development, and
testing are completed successfully for project implementation •
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Skills you may have in this
area are valuable, but development efforts will be performed by our
IT team WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE Qualifications • 8
years of experience in a similar role • Strong technical knowledge
of the Salesforce architecture. Deep understanding and experience
around Sales Cloud data model (Opportunities, Accounts, etc.), core
SFDC principles (profile, roles, sharing rules, validation rules,
reports & dashboards, etc.), Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning UX •
SFDC Admin Certification • Certification in Lean Six-Sigma, Pure
Excellence’s Methodology, is preferred. This entails the ability to
identify and eliminate waste; to improve flow; and to leverage the
DMAIC problem solving approach • Experience implementing and
supporting Salesforce ETM (Enterprise Territory Management)
preferred • Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a
constant evolving business environment • Demonstrated experience
and history of driving projects from start to finish • Must be
eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
