Our private label sales kiosks integrate effortlessly into retail environments, delivering customers a great experience.Responsibilities:As an AT&T TV Sales Expert, you'll work in a Wireless Advocates-branded kiosk in our Costco channel, serving one of the nation's leading retailers. You'll work closely with your Kiosk Manager to deliver outstanding sales results, operational excellence and an exceptional member experience. You will utilize your sales skills to help customers select the best plan and product that will suit their needs. Each interaction allows you to build trust, educate your customer and offer a variety of options and solutions. This position requires working evenings and weekends, Thursday through Monday. You will be responsible for achieving AT&T TV monthly sales goals at your assigned location. The ability to work as a team with your kiosk associates and Costco personnel is critical for success in this role. AT&T TV Sales Experts will report to the Kiosk Manager at their location.What We Are Looking For:A consultative sales expert who knows how to actively listen. An individual who truly enjoys engaging with others and sharing knowledge, educating customers and driving sales by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions. Someone who is goal-driven and will strive to meet or exceed all of the role's customer service, quality of sale and performance expectations.
