Social and Content Insights & Analytics at Visa, you will play an
important role in shaping our approach to social media measurement
and content strategy. Working closely with the Content Development
and Distribution team, you will help ensure Visa’s presence across
social platforms and deepen engagement with priority communities.
Your work will focus on identifying and targeting key audience
segments, supporting real-time optimization, and driving actionable
insights to amplify content with the highest cultural momentum. You
will collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and social
channels to leverage analytics and develop innovative strategies
that align with brand and business objectives. This position
requires curiosity, creativity, and analytical expertise to bridge
technical analysis and business decision-making, ensuring Visa
remains at the forefront of social innovation and engagement. Key
Responsibilities Support the measurement framework for Visa’s
content engine and calendar, including initiatives across social
and creator-led content. Assist in recommending tools and analytics
to measure social’s impact on brand outcomes. Contribute to
defining strategic audiences and creating impactful sub-cohort
groups for messaging. Collaborate with global, regional, and local
teams to ensure unified results and shared learnings. Work with
Marketing analytics and data practice teams to leverage tech
platforms for enhanced analytics. Assist in developing new data and
analytics agency partnerships for consistent content and community
presence. Advocate for testing innovative approaches and
alternative data sources. Support integrated channel strategies and
understand testing tools for each platform. Partner to measure and
execute social content connected to global campaigns and real-time
event activations. Contribute to analytics supporting organic,
paid, and combined social content strategies. Feed learnings into
the insights engine to activate timely trends and drive social
innovation. Participate in Visa’s entry into emerging social
channels and synthesize findings and recommendations. This is a
hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by
your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications : 5 or
more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or
at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications : 6 or more years of work experience with
a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with
an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of
relevant experience with a PhD Bachelor’s Degree in Degree in
marketing, market research, operations research, or an Advanced
degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD) with 4 years of work experience
Experience managing insights and analytics in digital and social
media environments. 2 year(s) of experience using SQL/Excel to
support analysis and ad hoc reporting for strategic purposes from
large data sets working with large data sets and reporting tools
such as Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama, Google DataStudio etc.
Expertise in media analytics roles with experience in agency,
social channels, listening, and/or brand-side management of
targeting and measurement. Proficiency with channel-specific tools
for targeting and analytics (e.g., Meta A/B testing, TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn). 2 year(s) of experience building
and managing social listening reporting and queries working with
large data sets and reporting tools such as Talkwalker, Meltwater,
Spinklr, BrandWatch, etc. Experience driving integrated measurement
plans to amplify and learn from digital marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to use research for insights and strategic
business decisions, communicating complex topics in an
understandable way. Strong leadership and collaboration skills
across global and local teams. Creative thinker with a track record
of increasing engagement on established and emerging social
platforms. Ability to act quickly and rally teams around shared
visions. Strong business intuition, analytical/critical thinking,
and inquisitiveness in data analysis. Ability to transition from
technical research to practical business applications and influence
results. Proactive self-starter with leadership experience and a
desire to mentor and grow teams. Change agent with a history of
developing new ways of working. Additional Information Work Hours:
Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This
position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical
Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk,
communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is
161,400.00 to 258,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential
sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending
on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
