everyone's responsibility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The CNC Operator sets up and operates
the CNC router table while producing quality and meeting required
production needsInterface with the production team to improve
manufacturability, safety, cost, delivery, quality, and lead
timeMake recommendations for product and tooling changes to support
volume productionAbility to solve problems and troubleshoot
equipmentAbility to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals,
specifications, to produce partsUse measuring and inspecting tools
as neededAnd any other duties assignedQualification:
Experience with MultiCam router table
Effectively communicate in English, both verbal and writtenMust be
adaptable to changing work environment, competing demands and is
able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected
eventsAbility to perform work thoroughly and accurately Ability to
work independently and exercise sound
judgementFlexibilityAnticipate and adapt to change without losing
focus on goalsEducation and /or Experience: High School Diploma or
equivalent, 3-4 years of previous manufacturing experiencePhysical
Demands
This position requires lifting (up to
50lbs unassisted) walking and standing for long periods of
timeAbility to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hand and
arm length, stoop, kneel, and crouchFull hand dexterityMust be able
