Job Description:
The Legal Recruiting Specialist will play a key role in managing
the recruitment efforts for entry level attorneys in the firm's San
Francisco office. This role requires strong organizational skills
and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Client Details This global firm is committed to maintaining high
standards in the legal industry and fostering a supportive work
environment. The firm is operating on a 4 days onsite, 1 from home
hybrid schedule. Description Manage end-to-end entry-level lawyer
recruitment processes. Coordinate and oversee on-campus recruiting
events and job fairs. Maintain and update recruitment databases to
ensure accurate tracking of candidates and processes. Collaborate
with the human resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding
experience for new hires. Develop and maintain relationships with
law schools and other professional networks. Monitor market trends
to stay informed about industry standards and best practices.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and

successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have: 1 year
experience in legal recruitment (required). Bachelors degree
(required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage
with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Excellent
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and
recruitment tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and
attention to detail. Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days
