Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume,
fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration
non-immigrant visa matters: L's, H's, E's, O's and responding to
RFEs. Hybrid role in San Francisco, CA. Client Details Global law
firm. Description Responsible for handling a caseload of
non-immigrant visa petitions, including: H, L, O, E, TN Responding
to Requests for Evidence Profile JD or LLM Admission to a US State
Bar Experience with non-immigrant visa categories, including: H, L,
O, E, TN, J, etc. Experience responding to RFEs Excellent writing
skills Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team
environment Excellent case management skills Job Offer Competitive
