Details Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Civil Litigation Associate with a focus on General Liability to
join our growing team. Our firm specializes in trucking and
transportation defense, premises liability, and product liability,
offering a dynamic and challenging environment for legal
professionals passionate about these practice areas. Key
Responsibilities: Represent clients in civil litigation matters,
particularly in trucking and transportation defense, premises
liability, and product liability cases. Conduct all aspects of case
management, including legal research, discovery, drafting motions,
taking depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Collaborate with
senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement case
strategies tailored to client needs. Effectively communicate with
clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel throughout the
litigation process. Attend court hearings, mediations, and
arbitrations as required. Qualifications: Active member in good
standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of
experience in civil litigation with a focus on general liability.
Strong experience in trucking/transportation defense, premises
liability, and/or product liability litigation. Proven ability to
manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines. Excellent legal
research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work
collaboratively with a team and handle multiple tasks in a
