Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project
management. Experience working in supply chain sourcing
capabilities or hardware manufacturing. Experience in business
systems implementation, business process analysis, process
deployment, or digital transformation. Preferred qualifications: 2
years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team
projects. Experience in hardware cost management, capital
expenditure, design for cost, or financial modeling. Knowledge of
hardware product life-cycle and new product design. Ability to work
with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors.

changing environment and to manage ever-changing priorities and

globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with
stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules,
identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional
partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices,
time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this
role, you will be responsible for delivering on cost, supply, and
quality across all hardware products. You will lead capabilities
development for the Devices and Services Product Group (DSPG) with
multiple stakeholders across the organization. You will have an
opportunity to shape how product teams launch and define products,
drive efficiencies across a global operations team, develop
scalable processes, onboard new capabilities, and resolve top
issues gating productivity and business growth. Google's mission is

base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000
bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined
by work location and additional factors, including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

processes and write requirements to drive and improve systems
development efforts around capabilities related to the Cost of
Goods Sold (COGS) and sourcing management. Develop training plans
for users of existing tools and manage backlog feedback for future
capability prioritization and continuous improvement. Liaise with
Finance, Product Operations, Product Management, and Business
System teams to establish a roadmap and deliver platform
capabilities. Identify problems, risks, and dependencies across
cross-functional teams and create projects or processes to solve
them. Structure and execute analyses required to develop
recommendations, disseminate findings to the leadership team and
the broader organization, and determine plans to execute and
implement solutions.
