Salary: $170K - $225K base Equity Based in San Francisco, we're
building intelligent software that’s transforming how the global
supply chain operates—starting with the food industry. For decades,
critical operations have been run on outdated ERP systems that are
expensive, rigid, and painfully manual. Our team is taking a

workflows behind those systems and ultimately reinvent how
businesses plan, move, and manage goods across the world. With

experience with cutting-edge AI expertise, we’re creating something

In It For You Be the founding engineer shaping a next-generation AI
platform from the ground up. Work side-by-side with a deeply
technical founding team with roots in AI and global operations.
Help modernize a $10T industry that impacts how the world eats,
moves, and lives. Build something meaningful that merges
cutting-edge technology with real-world impact. What You'll Do
You’ll help shape the foundation of both the product and the
company. You’ll build, iterate, and deploy AI-driven systems that
help real businesses run smarter and faster. One week, you might be
refining LLM orchestration; the next, you’re onsite with a customer
helping automate a process that hasn’t changed in decades. Design,
develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents for complex supply chain
workflows. Architect scalable backend systems and real-time
interfaces for customers. Work directly with founders to shape
product strategy and define technical direction. Partner with
customers to understand real-world problems and translate them into
automation opportunities. Help establish engineering best practices
and the foundation for future technical hires. What You Bring BSCS
or equivalent technical degree preferred Experience using React,
Next.js, and real-time systems (e.g. WebSockets) 3 - 5 years of
hands-on experience with Python and modern data/AI libraries
(NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.) Solid understanding of
databases (SQL and NoSQL) and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS,
GCP, or Azure) Proven experience building or integrating AI agents,
LLM orchestration, or workflow automation systems Nice to have:
Background in ML/AI model optimization or orchestration (LangChain,
LlamaIndex, etc.) Experience scaling production-grade ML systems
Startup experience or a desire to build something from zero to one
