architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program
evaluations. Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.

globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your
technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan
requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and
communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the
company. Youre equally comfortable explaining your teams analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the
technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this
role, you will join the Procurement and Commercial Solutions (PCS)
pillar as a pivotal Technical Program Manager within Corporate
Engineering. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our
scalable, reliable, and secure systems, aligning with business
objectives under a project with a transformative cross-functional
initiative. You will collaborate closely with Google Procurement
Organization (GPO), Risk, Legal, Extended Workforce Solutions,
Finance, and other pillars (e.g., Finance Engineering, Enterprise
Data Engineering) to foster horizontal innovation. Lead
interconnected systems throughout the complete procurement process.
You will report to the executive leading technology initiatives and
support the executive leading process improvements for a key
company-wide project. You will partner with engineering teams,
product managers, program managers, UX, and other stakeholders to
define architectural patterns, drive innovation, and resolve
complex technical challenges. The Core team builds the technical
foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and
advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms,
product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the
essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent
experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for
every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central
solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing
systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique
opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the
company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate
emerging technologies, recommending adoption strategies to enhance
capabilities. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture
blueprints, standards, and guidelines aligned with strategic
business objectives. Establish and enforce architectural principles
and best practices, participate in technical review processes.
Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns and
technologies, such as microservices and cloud-native solutions.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
through strong collaboration and clear communication.
