underwriting edge As the product leader for Underwriting AI, you
will own one of the companys strategic product areas and have a
material impact on the success of the business. You will work
cross-functionally to find novel ways to leverage AI to improve the
accuracy and speed with which we identify and assess risk at scale.
You’ll be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities,
collecting feedback from users, defining success criteria,
prioritizing features within a roadmap, and working across the
company to deliver innovative underwriting solutions. Your roadmap
will consist of novel AI driven features as well as improvements to
existing systems and tools that will work together to drive
accuracy and efficiency gains. Coalitions culture is one that

across multiple regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities Deliver
AI-first solutions to improve underwriting accuracy and efficiency
Provide technical thought leadership by staying up to date on the
latest trends in AI and proposing new directions to drive business
impact Define metrics and goals for underwriting accuracy and
efficiency, and develop a differentiated product strategy and
roadmap leveraging data and qualitative feedback Partner closely
with engineering, design, and other product managers to define user
experiences through detailed feature specifications, and execute
the roadmap Lead complex internal product launches to drive product
adoption and impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and
building business stakeholder relationships Skills and
Qualifications 5 years of experience building and launching
successful software products, taking them from an idea all the way
to customer benefit Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date on the
latest AI trends / technologies and incorporating them into your
product solutions An ownership mentality; the ability to lead
independently and do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
Ability to articulate complex problems to stakeholders from
different areas of the business, and drive decision alignment to
actionable outcomes Ability to balance being hands-on and sweating
the details and looking at the larger picture and driving the
strategic vision Comfortable with data analysis and manipulating
large data sets to derive insights, and inform product decisions
and process optimization Bonus Points Experience building and
launching AI / ML products Experience with the business of
insurance, or related regulated financial products Experience
building internal products driving operational efficiencies for
complex systems and workflows Compensation Our compensation
reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The US base salary for this position ranges from $136,000/year in
our lowest geographic market up to $203,000/year in our highest
geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employees
pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which
include but are not limited to relevant education, skills,
job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience,
credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share
