This is a high-impact role that touches every product and engineering team, with a focus on scalability, speed, and developer empowerment.In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain platform infrastructure that scales to meet growing demand
• Build distributed systems that are reliable, secure, and performant
• Develop internal tools and services that improve developer velocity and system observability
• Enable self-serve capabilities for internal teams and customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams
• Influence the overall technical vision and help guide architectural decisionsIdeal Candidate BackgroundWe're looking for a strong platform engineer who has operated at scale and thrives in startup environments where collaboration, ownership, and impact are key.You'll bring:
  • 4-7 years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience designing APIs and building scalable platform infrastructure
  • Proficiency with backend languages such as Go or Python
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) is a plus
  • A background in high-growth environments (Series A-D startups or high-performing teams in big tech)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skillsPreferred
    • Experience in a hybrid scaling environment-mix of startup agility and big tech scale
    • Previous startup experience, especially at early-stage or high-growth companies
    • Strong academic background (for junior engineers) or proven track record at FAANG/startups (for senior engineers)
    • Exposure to Google Cloud, Postgres, or similar modern cloud platformsCompensation, Benefits & Perks
      • Base Salary: $175,000 - $220,000
      • Bonus: Up to 6% annually, paid quarterly
