Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance, ensuring uptime and response time SLAs are met.
• Ensure system and network security through firewalls, patching, antivirus, MFA, and intrusion prevention tools (IDS/IPS).
• Oversee system backups, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies; regularly test recovery processes.
• Work with vendors and ISPs to manage contracts, support cases, and upgrades.
• Document system configurations, network topology, standard procedures, and change logs.
• Respond to escalated support requests and participate in the on-call rotation, if applicable.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years in a system/network administrator or infrastructure role.
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Azure Administrator Associate are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and layered network architecture.
  • Proficient with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Azure FW, WAF) and endpoint protection systems.
  • Proficient in collaborating with external vendors and managing third-party services integration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
