Job Description:
Hope Services is seeking a dedicated Manager of Recruitment and
Retention to join our Human Resources and Talent Management team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that we attract and retain skilled
professionals dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment and
delivering exceptional services to individuals with developmental
disabilities across the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about nonprofit work and possess a strong commitment to
promoting diversity and employee satisfaction. Develop and
implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for various
roles within the nonprofit sector, focusing on diversity and
inclusivity. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including
analyzing job requirements, posting job advertisements, screening
applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring
processes. Design and oversee retention programs to enhance
employee engagement and reduce turnover. Collaborate with
department leads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent
pipelines. Evaluate and refine recruitment and retention metrics to
assess performance and inform future strategies. Conduct exit
interviews and provide detailed reports on employee turnover and
retention rates. Stay informed about trends, challenges, and
opportunities in recruitment and retention within the nonprofit
sector. Proven ability to develop and implement successful
recruitment strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Proficiency in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple
priorities. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
