Our client is seeking an experienced mid-senior level associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions, and must be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. This role offers a path to partnership, leading a diverse and supportive team, and working with engaging clients on interesting cases. The candidate should have excellent writing and analytical skills, experience managing multiple cases, and the ability to supervise junior associates and staff while serving as the client contact. Deposition and courtroom experience are required, and employment advice and counseling experience is preferred. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and a license to practice in California are essential.
