What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations while building a culture of excellence. You’ll: Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to deliver Western Syle hospitality. Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development. Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment inside and outside the restaurant. Partner with leadership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives. Uphold Cattlemens’ commitment to uncompromising hospitality and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Hands-on restaurant operations experience (service, food, beverage, and sales). Strong people leadership and communication skills. Ability to balance operational efficiency with guest service excellence. A team-focused, positive leadership style. Physical ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment.
