who provides solutions for your business, employees, and your home
and auto. The Sr. Customer Service Representative could work out of
Fresno County or San Luis Obispo County offices, we are also open
to considering someone who lives in California and wants to work
100% remotely.This person will focus specifically on employee
benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision. Required knowledge of
employee benefits on the insurance side and must have Life & Health

DetailsSets up, maintains, and renews employee benefit
policiesCorrespond with clients by phone and through email
correspondenceResolve inquiries, problems, and
complaintsCollaborate with underwriters and other internal

applicationsReviewing and renewing and cancelling policiesReviewing
renewal reportsIssues certificates of insurance for clients'
requests and prepares and issues endorsements and invoices policy
