Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Duration: 6 months (Remote)
Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Job Responsibilities:
Process member level data and information using automated systems within established production and quality standards.
Process new member additions, eligibility updates and reports within established production and quality standards. Reviews accuracy of data entered against source documents. Identifies and resolves issues with enrolment information and member eligibility.
Verifies accuracy of entered data against source documents
Makes decisions based on review of source documents for routine and difficult processing issues
Occasionally contacts internal and external customers and business partners to verify or obtain additional information to complete processing work and verify member eligibility
Assists with related clerical duties to support unit or office on an as-needed basis

Job Requirements:
Education/Requirements:
Ability to enter and retrieve data using standardized keyboard functions
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures or government regulations
Ability to write basic correspondence and perform basic arithmetic
Adaptability to change Minimum Experience Level
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
