Job Description The Halliday Center for Psychotherapy and
Wellness, Inc. is seeking thoughtful and engaged Licensed Clinical
Psychologists to join our established group practice serving the
North Coastal San Diego community, with offices in Encinitas and
Carmel Valley. This opportunity is well suited for psychologists
who value clinical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and
meaningful consultation with colleagues, while also appreciating
the autonomy and flexibility of private practice. We are

professional home. The practice is directed by Dr. Debra Halliday,
a supervising psychologist committed to mentoring clinicians and
fostering a culture of ethical leadership and professional
development. About the Practice The Halliday Center is a
clinician-owned and directed group practice providing
evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults,
couples, and older adults. We are a collegial community of
clinicians who value ethical practice, thoughtful consultation, and
ongoing professional growth. Many members of our team bring
specialized expertise and enjoy collaborating around complex
clinical work. Our practice offers services in English, French,
Spanish, and Farsi, and prioritizes access to care for diverse and
historically underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals,
people of color, women, veterans, and active-duty military members.
Position Overview Licensed psychologists join the practice as
independent contractors, offering flexibility in scheduling and the
opportunity to build a thriving private practice within a
supportive group environment. Clinicians work in a hybrid model,
providing both in-office and telehealth services from our Encinitas
or Carmel Valley locations. We maintain a strong referral network
and provide the administrative and operational infrastructure,
including marketing, insurance paneling, billing, scheduling
systems, and credentialing support, allowing clinicians to focus on
high-quality clinical care. Clinicians are encouraged to develop
areas of specialization and shape practices aligned with their
clinical interests and expertise. Our Culture We strive to create

in the following areas is especially valued: Children and
adolescents Couples therapy Group therapy Geriatric populations
Trauma-informed care Evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT,
ACT, or integrative approaches Requirements Active California
psychology license in good standing (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) Experience
working with diverse populations Ability to provide both in-person
and telehealth services Strong knowledge of ethical and legal
standards Sound clinical judgment and strong documentation
practices Collaborative and collegial approach Professional Support

In-house billing services Electronic health records HIPAA-compliant
telehealth platform Administrative support, including scheduling
Consultation and collaboration opportunities Furnished offices
Office services, including internet and professional phone line
Compensation Clinicians are engaged as independent contractors and
compensated as a percentage of collected revenue. Typical annual
earnings range from $90,000 to $180,000, depending on caseload.
