Job Description:
At Kaiser Permanente Georgia, we are seeking a temporary Nurse
Practitioner II in the Obstetrics/Gynecology department who will be
at the forefront of providing exceptional and compassionate
healthcare. This position involves both direct patient care and
collaboration with physicians to provide comprehensive reproductive
health services. As part of our commitment to health improvement,
the right candidate will be instrumental in driving our mission
forward with their expertise and dedication in a supportive and
technologically advanced environment. Conduct comprehensive
assessments and provide treatment to patients within the obstetrics
and gynecology spectrum. Collaborate with physicians and other
health care professionals to formulate comprehensive care plans.
Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle alterations to enhance
health outcomes. Provide guidance and counseling on preventive
health care and disease management. Participate in research and
continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Strong
clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational
and time management abilities Proficient in electronic medical
record systems Medical Insurance Current and unencumbered Nurse
Practitioner license in the state of Georgia. Certification from
the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American
Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) specific to
Obstetrics/Gynecology. BLS and ACLS certifications are
desirable.
