Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment: Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $60–$70 per hour DOE - Eligibility of a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time status employees Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $60–$70 per hour DOE Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood TriValley Area Pay Rate: $60–$70 per hour DOE Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville Why Health Link Strong, experienced clinical support team available whenever you need assistance Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation packages Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with matching, Life Insurance, and more Paid Time Off (up to 10 days), accruing and available for your use Vehicle reimbursement options /Options for a company vehicle (based on availability) Supportive and collaborative back-office staff Responsibilities Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to all company policies and procedures Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Why You'll Be Successful You prioritize patient-centered care You enjoy teamwork and community partnership You value appreciation and support from your colleagues Requirements Current California OT License (Required) Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Current CA Driver's License Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and would like to join a dedicated team that values your expertise, apply today and let us know which territory you prefer!
