Overview The role involves organizing and managing nursing services
within a designated specialty area. This includes aiding in the
planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of operations and
patient care. The position may also require functioning in a staff
capacity as necessary. You will take on managerial responsibilities
as assigned by the Operating Room Manager and demonstrate fiscal
accountability in all aspects of your role. Additionally, you will
oversee the orientation of new colleagues and permanent team
members in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator and the
Operating Room Nurse Clinician. Your efforts will contribute to the
ongoing enhancement of quality and service, aligning with our

responsibilities will include organizing and managing nursing
services in your specialty area, assisting with the planning,
coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and
patient care. You may also need to perform staff duties as
required. You will take on managerial tasks as directed by the
Operating Room Manager and will be accountable for fiscal
responsibility in all aspects of your role. Additionally, you will
be responsible for orienting new coworkers and permanent team
members alongside the Resource Coordinator and the Operating Room
Nurse Clinician. Your role will support the continuous enhancement
of quality and service, ensuring our commitment to excellence in
clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will embody

Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of RN experience
in the Operating Room is required. Required Education: Graduation
from an accredited RN program is necessary. Preferred Education: A
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart
