What is the Max??all RTO needs to be approved in advanced and they will need to make up any time off - On-Call Requirement? no call requirement - Holiday Requirements/Specifics? - Certs: BLS - License: CA RN License - Experience: - 2 years of experience as a RN - Home Health experience required - HCHB/OASIS experience required Overview: Facility Name: AccentCare San Ramon Location: 3170 Crow Canyon Pl Suite 270, San Ramon, CA 94583 Facility size: Varies - home-based care Alameda County Contra Costa County Scrub Color Requirement: any color PPE: TBD Parking: TBD Pay Cycle: Monday-Sunday EMR: HCHB/Oasis Must have HCHB/OASIS experience Case types: RN Home Health Orientation: About 2-3 days of orientation. Modules, get intro to the team Other Details: Once a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur). Mandatory in person Hours: Branches are open 8am - 5pm, they may have patients who want to be seen before or after. Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patient's home.
