(R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required/nRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA/nAdvanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA/nBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required/nFluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR/nVenipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR/nARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required/n Required Qualifications CT Technologist, Computed Tomography/nExperience: 2 years/nCertifications: BLS(Copy needed); R(Copy needed); CTTECH(Copy needed)/nSSN Required/nDOB Required/nWork History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history/nReferences: 1 Reference in entire work history/n/nNeed to be proficient in all angiograms, and stroke protocol.
