Job Title: Physical TherapistCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Woodland, California.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify patient physical therapy plans of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals and objectives.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.Requirements:
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
