  • Define, lead and resource the research and insights agenda for the company's highest priority technical products (Agentforce, AI, Platform) to deliver the best possible product experience for our customers.
  • Align and partner with General Managers (GMs) and cross-functional executives (Product Management, User Experience, Engineering) to deliver insights for the end-to-end product life cycle.
  • Define and ensure insight impact throughout the Technology & Product organization and Salesforce at large.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed research team.
  • Manage the team's business operations (e.g., budget management, resource procurement).
  • Drive an insight-informed and data-driven culture for the company.Key Skills
    • Proven track record of delivering insight work with measurable business outcomes.
    • Expertise in the research craft and its execution in a business environment.
    • Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility.
    • Strong leadership and management expertise.
    • Executive-level presentation skills in business and technical contexts.
    • Experience in navigating complex organizational issues and driving results using both collaborative and directive management styles.
    • University degree in a research or business-focused field (e.g., Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, Business, Research Methodology, Experimental Design, Design Research).
    • Minimum of 15 years experience leading research in product development, user experience or technology contexts.
