Serving as the primary resource for Area Managers throughout your district (Northern California), you will drive ever-increasing levels of performance and achievement by applying best practices in retail business development, with special emphasis on recruiting, training, people development, customer relationship development, profitability, and related initiatives.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inspiring superior guest service, with special focus on promotion of loyalty and guest service programs
• Drive operational excellence through 50+ stores, 500+ employees
• Build on teams that embody the culture, delivering exceptional service to our customers
• Championing and modeling the company mission, vision, and values
• Ensuring all communications are disseminated effectively to store management for implementation
• Coaching/counseling all area and store management with effective selling techniques to achieve Corporate and Field initiatives
• Leading district operational planning
• Ensuring that all store management and associates have been properly trained
• Developing the managerial and operational skill sets of store management
• Directing all district performance/compensation reviews are completed within established timeframes
• Leading change and innovation, ensuring all associates are brought effectively through the change curve
