Job Description The Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center
(ATC) has an immediate opening for an Administration Representative
to support multiple space flight and Internal Research and
Development (IRAD) programs. The ATC is the research laboratory for
LM Space, and the Space Sciences and Instrumentation (SS&I)
directorate within the ATC pursues fundamental space science
research and the development of prototype instruments and payloads.
You will play a key program support role and have the opportunity
for career growth in either a technical or administrative function.
As an Administration Representative within the SS&I
directorate, you will be supporting the development of scientific
programs through procurement support including purchasing card
procurements, hazardous materials tracking and reporting, material
transfer requests between programs, stockroom management and
inventory control, shipping and transportation requests, requests
for and management of company material stock, and coordination
between engineering, program management, and company management.
You will have responsibility for placing and tracking orders,
placing and tracking material requests, and working with programs
to ensure they have sufficient stock on hand to carry out their
build and development efforts. Specific tasks include: • Placing
orders using LM procurement system • Placing and tracking orders
with Purchasing Card • Supporting bonded and controlled stores
(stockrooms) • Placing material transfer requests within LM and
between programs • Working with engineering to ensure sufficient
materials and stock on hand to perform build tasks • Working with
engineering and program management to track and closeout actions •
Supporting internal audits of materials and inventory We are

work in technical teams and follow detailed procedural steps. Basic
Qualifications • Office administration experience to include
preparing and filing reports and related record keeping •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Project, Word, and
Excel applications • Willingness to work in a fast paced, high work
volume, technical, small team environment • Willingness to take on
detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or
developing planning and integration skills • US Citizenship
required Desired skills • Experience with SAP database or tools •
Experience with material handling & inventory control • Hazardous
materials tracking and reporting • Procurement efforts including

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $57,100 - $99,015. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
