Salary: $25 - $35 per hour A bit about us: We are currently seeking an experienced Pump Technician to join a growing, well-established water systems contractor with decades of success in groundwater services. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and has hands-on experience with water well pump installation, service, and repair. Why join us? $25-$35 an hour Room for Growth 7am-4pm Position Overtime Job Details Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair submersible, turbine, and booster pump systems for agricultural, domestic, and municipal water wells. Perform pump pulling and setting using rig or crane equipment. Troubleshoot electrical control panels, pressure switches, float systems, and VFDs. Support field operations during exploratory drilling and flow/yield testing. Conduct pipefitting, pressure tank installation, and system integration. Collaborate with in-house fabrication and mechanical teams on custom pump solutions. Complete work orders, service reports, and inspection documentation accurately. Adhere to safety regulations and environmental compliance standards at all times. Qualifications: 2 years of direct experience with water well pump systems Knowledge of electrical and mechanical diagnostics Experience with pump pulling rigs or hoisting equipment Familiarity with poly, PVC, and steel piping installations Interested in hearing more?
