Culture Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Permanent Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is
ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the
engineering industry, particularly in commercial and residential
sectors. The successful candidate will possess a robust
understanding of Civil 3D and have the ability to design, plan, and
oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and
facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply

environment, where you will play a crucial role in driving our
success forward. Responsibilities: Develop detailed designs for
civil engineering projects using Civil 3D. Plan, design, and
oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and
infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges,
harbors, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and
sewerage systems. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and
draw up blueprints according to technical specifications. Assess
potential risks, materials, and costs. Manage, direct, and monitor
progress during each phase of a project. Ensure projects run
smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients,
subcontractors, architects, and municipal authorities. Ensure all
projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and
safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience
in the engineering industry, specifically in commercial and
residential sectors. Proficient in Civil 3D or equivalent
engineering software. A strong understanding of engineering
principles, methods, and techniques. Excellent project management
skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,
with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design. Excellent
decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Ability to
work in a team and communicate effectively with various
stakeholders. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need
arises. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written,
with extensive experience in technical writing and preparation of
proposals. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or
