Collaborate with the Staff Systems AV Engineer on new office builds, taking on internal project management tasks such as scheduling, issue management, and procurement of owner-furnished equipment.
Assist in the commissioning of new spaces and manage vendor relationships and external resource coordination.
Manage and audit online tools, and develop and maintain documentation for processes owned by the A/V Engineering team.
Provide Tier 3 support escalation by leading troubleshooting efforts for unresolved issues identified by the AV Operations team, and collaborate with team members to resolve these issues.
Work cross-functionally to ensure effective cooperation with A/V Operations and Events teams.
