Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Extended School Year (ESY) program. In this role, you will work closely with students who have diverse physical needs, designing and implementing physical therapy interventions that aim to enhance student success and development in a supportive educational setting. Your expertise will help fulfill our mission in providing exceptional educational services that empower children with special needs to achieve their fullest potential. Assess student needs and develop individualized physical therapy programs Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance physical abilities and facilitate learning Collaborate with educators and other school staff to integrate physical therapy with educational goals Monitor student progress and adapt programs as necessary Provide guidance and education to school staff and families regarding physical therapy strategies Knowledge of pediatric or school-based physical therapy Ability to design and implement detailed therapeutic interventions Strong collaboration and communication skills Capacity to assess student progress and make necessary adjustments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license CPR and First Aid certifications Specific training in educational/school-based physical therapy interventions is a plus
