qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available supporting
elementary students in a K-12 school setting in Middletown, DE.
This contract role spans the current school year, from ASAP through
June 12, 2026. The position requires working within general
education classrooms primarily focused on assisting students
exhibiting aggressive behaviors. Key Responsibilities: Implement
applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to support students with
challenging behaviors. Collaborate with educators and support staff
to promote positive behavior interventions. Provide direct
assistance with life-skills development, including self-care and
toileting support. Document behavioral data and assist in progress
monitoring. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
that encourages student growth. Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required;
proof of current certification must be provided. Experience working
as a school-based RBT, specifically supporting students with
aggressive behaviors, is mandatory. Comfort and capability in
supporting personal care needs and toileting routines. Strong
communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with teachers and
families effectively. Ability to complete required fingerprinting
clearances within the first few days of employment. Location &
Schedule: Assignments at multiple elementary schools in Middletown,
DE. Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
