looking for (Senior) Audit Managers with commercial audit & SEC
experience. Responsibility of client relationships with a variety
of clients to build positive relationships. Reviewing audit
engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and
professional manner Leading multiple teams and providing
performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements
end. Oversee and support multiple engagement teams concurrently to
complete financial statement audits Anticipating and addressing
client concerns and resolving problems as they arise. Assisting
with managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended
services to existing clients. Continue learning the latest
developments and the firm's standards and policies. Staying on top
of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive
position. Meeting assigned deadlines or budgets and providing
