Talent Acquisition, you will build and lead a team of seasoned
talent acquisition professionals to support hiring within the
business organization at Asana. In partnership with our Chief
Business Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Marketing
Officers, you will drive organizational planning, inclusive hiring
strategies, long term candidate engagement, and hiring at a global
scale. This role will also closely partner with People Team
leadership, Finance, and the rest of talent acquisition leadership
in defining and developing world-class assessment, reporting, and
talent engagement strategies.This role is based in our San
Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The
standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most
Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working
from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the

requirements.What you'll achieve
- Lead our Global Business recruiting team that delivers talent
for GTM, Marketing, and Enterprise Technology; build a high impact,
max velocity hiring strategy that addresses key gaps between the
talent in place today and the talent required to drive business
success.
- Align key talent initiatives and resources with Asana's core
business objectives.
- People Leader - manage, lead, grow and develop a
high-performing team of Recruiters.
- Strategic Account Management - partner with key leaders and
managers to ensure hiring of the right talent at the right
time.
- Manage headcount and reconciliation of preemptive hiring
strategies, balancing velocity and thoughtfulness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across all Business
functions.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition leadership team on
global recruiting, operational effectiveness, headcount planning,
team capacity planning, and recruiting resource allocation.About
you
- 10+ Years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function; 4+
years of management experience.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level stakeholders,
preferably in a high growth tech company.
- Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating and
coaching recruiting teams.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to
increased operational effectiveness & efficiencies.
- History of innovative and scaled approaches to talent
acquisition, with a focus on AI.
- A business mindset, and understanding of how your impact in
talent directly translates to the greater success of the
organization.
- An ability to effectively drive change across an entire
organization, and inspire a culture of shared recruiting
accountability.
- You "get stuff done" while keeping your eye & pulse on the big
picture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team player.What

your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're
committed to looking at market value which is why we check
ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.For this role, the
estimated base salary range is between $246,000 - $344,000. The
actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including
market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during
the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and
the base salary range for this role may be modified.In addition to
base salary, your compensation package may include additional
components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales
